LaunchAmp is operated as a sole proprietorship. There is no entry in the commercial register, and therefore neither a registering court nor a commercial register number exists.

We usually answer enquiries within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. We do not maintain a telephone number; support is provided exclusively by email.

Responsible for the content pursuant to Section 18(2) MStV

VAT

Pursuant to Section 19 UStG (German small-business regulation, "Kleinunternehmerregelung"), no VAT is charged and none is shown on invoices. For the same reason we do not hold a VAT identification number under Section 27a UStG.

All prices stated on this website are final prices. The one-time price of 14 € for a Launch Pass is the amount that is actually charged; no further taxes, fees or recurring costs are added.

Dispute resolution

Until 20 July 2025 the European Commission provided a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR); that platform has since been discontinued. Our email address for complaints and enquiries can be found above under "Contact".

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws, pursuant to Section 7(1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a concrete infringement. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our service contains links to external third-party websites, in particular to Product Hunt (producthunt.com) and to the websites of our customers. We have no influence over their content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. No legal infringements were apparent at the time the links were created. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove the links in question immediately.

The content and works created by us on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The graphics generated by LaunchAmp for paying customers may be used freely by those customers; the scope of this grant of rights is set out in clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions.

Trademarks and name references

"Product Hunt" is a trademark of Product Hunt, Inc. LaunchAmp is an independent service and has no business relationship with Product Hunt, Inc.; it is neither operated, endorsed nor authorised by them. The reference serves solely to describe the interface through which public data about a given launch is retrieved.
